PAYMENT OF FEES
- Tuition fees are charged by class on a two month term basis.
- Enrollment is accepted anytime. Fees will be pro-rated according to the
number of classes remaining in the term for mid-term enrollment.
- Only a child enrolled for his or her class may participate.
- Please make out cheques to "Kids Land".
REFUNDS
- We regret that the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
- We can arrange make-up classes only for the children who miss their regular
class due to sickness. We cannot arrange make-up classes
for other reasons. You must inform us by phone, e-mail or fax at
least 24 hours prior to missing a class to be eligible for a make-up class.
- A maximum of two make-ups may be made per term.
- Make-up classes must be taken within the two-month term and cannot be
carried over to the next term.
- If our availability and/or available dates for make-up lessons do not
match your child’s availability, we cannot guarantee a replacement
class.
DEPOSITS
- We require a refundable deposit of $400 per child. Your deposit will be returned
when your child leaves Kids Land and all classes have been paid for, provided you
give 30 days’ written notice of your intention to leave classes.
WITHDRAWALS
- We assume that your child will automatically renew classes for the next
two-month term unless you notify us otherwise in writing. We require 30
days written notice prior to the date your child is withdrawing
or fees will be charged as usual.
HOLIDAYS
- There will be no classes on public holidays.
ENFORCED CLOSURES
- We do not hold Classes A & B when the warnings for amber
rain or typhoon signal number 3 or higher have
been raised.
- Class C will be canceled when red rain
or typhoon signal number 3 or higher have been raised.
We are regret that we cannot arrange make-up classes for
these enforced closures.
ACCOMPANYING YOUR CHILD
- In line with Social Welfare Department policy, we require all carers of
children less than 3 years old to remain on the premises while their children
are in the class.
- We require that all guardians wear socks during class time.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
- We do provide a drink and small snack for children in our classes. Please
advise us of any food or other allergies.
